Return Policies
Bam Bam and Friends is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A 50% of items sold Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $5.00
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
What is your delivery time?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 business days and our delivery time averages 5 - 7 days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, however orders may take up to 14 days for delivery. For an additional charge, many items may be shipped via expedited service. Please contact customer service for expedited shipping options and charges.
Please note that customized items, items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery. Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase and orders are charged in full when your order is placed.
In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages via Federal Express, UPS and/or the US Postal Service. Many of our items are hand-finished per order and may take the full 14 days for delivery.
What is your standard method of shipping?
We usually ship orders via UPS, USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (domestic), or USPS Global Priority (international).
Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-ship
Shipping to and from Bam Bam and Friends is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $1,000, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
